We recommend scheduling annual maintenance cleaning once a year. A maintenance visit usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, 2 hours in more complex cases.

Any time after 2 hours will be charged at the hourly rate because we are often booked for seasonal maintenance well in advance.

It is advised you make your appointment at least 6 to 8 weeks ahead of the time desired.

Annual maintenance of the heating system includes:

• Nozzle
• Pumps Strainer
• Oil filter
• Air filter
• Brush down furnace and boiler
• Vacuum out the soot
• Inspect smoke pipe
• Perform efficiency combustion test: Thorough required inspection of the oil tank to determine the quality, condition, and safety of your system
